At BuyCliq, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in good condition. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
By placing an order on BuyCliq, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product received is significantly different from the description shown on our website.
All return and replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by BuyCliq.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damage, Defect, or Wrong Product Claims
To help us investigate claims fairly and prevent fraudulent requests, a complete and continuous unboxing video is required for claims related to:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Missing items or parts
- Incorrect or wrong products
Important Requirements for the Unboxing Video:
- The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening.
- The shipping label and package details should be clearly visible.
- The entire unboxing process must be recorded continuously.
- The video should clearly show the product and any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect item.
- The video should not contain cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.
Please Note: Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
This requirement helps us provide a faster and fair resolution for genuine issues.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, where applicable:
- The return request must be submitted within the applicable return period.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, and any promotional items received.
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
BuyCliq reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.
4. Reporting Time
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Products
Any issue related to a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Supporting evidence, including the required unboxing video and photographs where applicable, must be provided during the return request.
Other Eligible Return Requests
Other eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
- Products returned without original packaging or essential accessories.
- Personal care, hygiene, or intimate-use products once opened, where applicable.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Clearance, final sale, or specially marked non-returnable products.
- Products showing signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.
- Return requests submitted after the applicable return period.
Certain products may have specific return conditions mentioned on their respective product pages.
6. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, replacement, or refund request, please contact our support team and provide:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for the request
- Clear photographs of the issue, where applicable
- Complete unboxing video for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product claims
Our support team will review your request and may contact you for additional information.
Please do not send any product back without receiving return instructions from BuyCliq.
7. Replacement, Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund
Depending on the nature of the issue and product availability, BuyCliq may offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement of the product
- Exchange for an eligible product
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund
The final resolution will be determined after reviewing and verifying the return request.
8. Refund Policy
Once a return or refund request is approved, the applicable refund will be processed according to the approved resolution.
Where a physical return is required, the product may first need to be received and inspected before the refund is processed.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used while placing the order, wherever technically possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through an alternative method requested or approved by BuyCliq.
9. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it is generally processed within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank, payment gateway, card issuer, UPI provider, or other payment service, additional time may be required for the amount to reflect in your account.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the order will be subject to the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
BuyCliq reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Technical errors
- Payment verification issues
If BuyCliq cancels a prepaid order, an applicable refund will be initiated according to our refund process.
11. Important Note
BuyCliq reserves the right to investigate and verify all return, replacement, and refund requests.
Requests that appear fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, or unsupported by the required evidence may be rejected.
Our decisions regarding return eligibility and the appropriate resolution will be made in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
